コンセプトは、「農業×福祉で優しいコミュニティを次世代に繋ぐ」です。
このショップは大阪府枚方市にある就労継続支援B型事業所“あい・ふぁ～む”が運営しています。施設のまわりには田畑が広がり、野菜や米を栽培して販売し、自然と触れ合うことや地域の方と交流することで障がい者の自立支援・就労支援につながると考えています。
この事業所は農業と福祉が連携し、農作物（１次商品）を加工（２次）し、販売（３次）することで６次産業化することを目指しています。
ショップの取扱商品は、野菜などの農作物、アイヌの木彫り、手作りの装飾商品などです。
「就労継続支援B型」では「日中の居場所作り」や「自立・就労の訓練」が中心であり、雇用契約を通常は結ばないため、一般的にお支払いする工賃は、非常に安価です。私たちはそれを改善するために、玄米発酵食品を販売したり、発酵食品レストランを開設する計画を練っています。また自分達が作った野菜を加工して、防災食を作ることも実現できればと思っています。このような取り組みを通じて、障がい者の方に最低賃金をお支払いすることを目指していきたいと考えています。

This shop is operated by the “Continued Employment Support Type B Office “Ai Farm”” located in Hirakata City, Osaka Prefecture.
Fields surround the facility, and handicapped people can grow and sell vegetables and rice, come in contact with nature, and interact with local residents.
We believe that this will lead to support for their independence and employment.
This office aims to become a 6th industry by collaborating with agriculture and welfare, harvesting agricultural products (primary), processing (secondary), and selling (tertiary).
The products handled by the shop started with Ainu wood carvings, and in the future we plan to expand to agricultural products such as vegetables and handmade decorative products.
“Continued employment support type B” mainly focuses on “creating a place to stay during the day” and “training for independence and work”, and since no employment contract is usually signed, the wages are generally very low.
In order to improve it, we are planning to sell fermented brown rice and open a fermented food restaurant.
We also want to process the vegetables we grow and make disaster preparedness food.
Through these efforts, we aim to pay the minimum wage to handicapped people .
